It’s Festival time!!!

The festival will open its gates at Bellurgan Park on Friday 1st May and a host of fun and quirky features have been added on top of the impressive line up of nearly 100 acts.

Important festival info – please read!

Tickets and Box Office
– Tickets are available now from the tickets page on our website. They will only be available online until midnight on Thursday. After that, if you haven’t got a ticket you can buy it at the box office on arrival.
– Box office hours: Friday: 2pm – 11.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am – 11pm
– There are no day tickets for Friday, but Saturday and Sunday day tickets cost €45. Day tickets do not allow camping but we have Sunday camping tickets for €55. There are no Saturday camping tickets.
– Children under 3 go free, 3-13 year olds cost €5 for a weekend or day ticket, and 14-17 year olds cost €40 for the weekend or €20 for a day ticket.
– THERE ARE NO CREDIT CARD FACILITIES ON SITE SO PAYMENTS AT THE BOX OFFICE MUST BE MADE IN CASH. There is no ATM on site.
Miscellaneous
PLEASE BRING VERY WARM CLOTHES. Even when the weather is great it gets very cold at night!
– Vantastival is a BYOB event. There will also be a bar on site where you can buy cans or pints. No glass bottles are allowed on site. ID will be required at the bar from anyone who looks under the age of 21. The only acceptable forms of ID are passport, driving license, Garda Card or EU National Identity Card.
– BBQs are permitted but must be up off the ground. No disposable barbecues sitting on the grass.
– Bellurgan Park is an organic farm and we aim to keep it that way. Please help keep the site clean. If you’re a smoker bring something to hold your cigarette butts and don’t throw them on the ground. Have a read of our green policy.
Transport
Only cars staying on site can drive into the car park. Any cars dropping people to the festival must drop off at the designated and signposted drop off point on the avenue in to Bellurgan Park. This is approximately 100m from the box office and entry to site.
No cars will be permitted to drive into the campsite to unload, with the sole exception of those pulling caravans.
– We have arranged a fixed price fare with Sevens Taxi Service for the weekend. If you are traveling from Dundalk Town Centre: CALL Sevens Taxi Service 042 9377777 with your location and QUOTE Vantastival at time of booking. It will be €5 per person to get from Dundalk town to the site, with further discounts for groups traveling together.
– There will be a bus strike on Friday 1st May and most services will be affected. Matthews coaches will run as usual from Dublin to Dundalk. For more info, please check their website.
