We’re taking a break
Like most people, we’ve had a rollercoaster couple of years, culminating in our most wonderful festival to date in September 2022. Something truly magical happened that weekend at Beaulieu House & Gardens. It was a beautiful gathering of like-minded, music-loving souls, and we thank each of you who attended and contributed to making it so…

Thanks for coming!
Take a look back at Vantastival 2022 when something truly magical happened in a meadow on the banks of the Boyne. It was our favourite Vantastival yet . Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to this year’s festival – the artists, our crew and you guys for being such a special crowd. Thanks…

An eclectic mix of music, folk dance rock. Lots of lovely people, families and young people. Large expensive motor homes and old hippy VW,s. ⛺️ 🏕 and every year the food stalls get better and better. WHATS NOT TO LIKE.

Family-friendly compact festival. The size of the site is perfect for families as you can to and fro between the camping areas and the venues very easily. Great woodland stage as well as Glass House and Crows Nest stage. Great atmosphetre and great food!! Also Vantastival is super keen on limiting the waste at this festival, with reusable cups as the norm! Very clean site at the end of the weekend!!

all of it! such a lovely gathering. great vibe. lovely little fest

Vantastic!! 😍 I've never seen such a child and dog friendly festival. it was amazing. Great craic for big kids too. Can't wait to go back!

Best music festival in Ireland and family friendly can’t wait for next year 😀

wash room's the the toilets. and a very good weekend and big thanks to all that took part over the weekend. thanks again from paddy devine and theresa Califf 👌👌👌👌🥂

highly recommended to all . great festival. nice n relaxed. easy going atmosphere. met loads of nice people and enjoyed the camping and the craic. this is a child and dog friendly festival.and thankfully I didn't see and dog crap on the ground. kids were in the family camping and we opted for an area near the quiet camping which was great. no screaming kids or dogs barking lol. I have to say to the management and crew of Vantastival. " Well Done" there was no litter scattered about .the toilets were kept immaculate .the staff were friendly and helpful. hopefully we'll be back next year. thanks for putting on a great festival. cheers. p s a few tips from our point of view. more seating is a must.the woodland stage had a few pallet seats .not enough for all the people especially if they have kids with them. the same outside the main stage and around the main field where the food vans and stalls are. . the food at the festival was very good. can't say a bad word about them. maybe get more new stalls. And if you have it in your budget the big tulip flags could easily be lite up as all our group thought they would be. anyhow great job crew. see you next year. Happy campers

One of the most family friendly festivals in Ireland. - Campervans and caravans welcome and do not cost extra. - Dogs allowed. - bring your own beer (even into the festival area) or buy on site. - activities for children - clean toilets, washing up area, etc. Relaxed and easy going atmosphere. People attending usually clean up after themselves and take care of the ones around them, so it's a good weekend for all. I have been at every single Vantastival apart from the first one or two. Even made it when I was on crutches or this weekend, when our Volvo C303 didn't want to cooperate, so I had to take the work van. Some years I don't even make it out of the campsite and into the music area .... and still have a blast.

best one ive been too. Super friendly staff are fantastic. Atmosphere is amazing

One of the most looked forward to weekends of my year. Thank you one and all for your massive effort and amazing art and artists.

Friendly, laid back, family and dogs welcomed, great music venues especially the magical woodland stage, excellent bands in particular the local Irish talent given the opportunity, brilliant variety of entertainment all weekend including child areas and themes, good food and drink with no big brands... Get a bus and go

Brilliant to go with little kids, felt very safe with a great atmosphere. Only 2 low points: kids activities starting 2h after the time advertised but once it was full on it was great. A bit of increased security would help too as lots are getting in with glass bottles despite not being allowed. Still definitely going next year!

Great festival, perfect atmosphere, full of great music. Everything was unique. Food was fantastic, they had a korean bbq stall, veggie option available and for a festival, very healthy! Everything else was kind of fish/chips/burgers which is a festival standard but having that one curve ball with the korean bbq was a big deal!

Great weekend loved every minute!loved the paint fight and the dog show too

Class wee festival!! You can tell real effort was put in and the music was brilliant all over, plenty of great activities for the kids too, definitely be back!!!

Great little festival, would have liked a few more food stalls like noodles or pizza, chips seemed to be the only choice. Also the timetable for Sunday had listed a DJ in the crows nest stage til 4am but it was closed about 2? went there on the Saturday & it was cool. All in all a great weekend esp that the sun shone all the time. Great location, well set up & good security. Deffo be back!

Fab festival, great mix of people from all walks of life, family friendly, brilliant location, friendly and helpful security were on top of their game, will be back next year

Brilliant festival. Can't wait for it. Really looking forward to it. Great friendly crew, always approachable and always happy to help you with anything.

After hearing of the festival over the past few years we finally got to go, myself my 9yr old n my partner and must say we could not hav enjoyed it more, we were in a camper in the t2 area and seen no trouble at all just happy friendly folk and was delighted that my son got to go to this as his first festival and hope the memories will stay with him thanks vantestival

We spent the weekend at vantastival 2017 and had the best time.. we had the caravan with us and we got there at 9.30 and from the moment we arrived we were very well looked after ..A Guy named Anto showed us were to park up and was very helpful. We had an electric hook up and on both days the power went down but a generator was brought in and we all were back up and running ASAP and again both days Anto came back to explain what was happening and to check we were ok Andrea from leitrim was security on main gate and was friendly and even though we had been passed her at least 10 times we still had to show our arm bands everytime so she had her eye on the ball the whole time . We found the layout of the place great with lots of open space to sit and soak in the sun and atmosphere. While eating a piece of food my sister had the misfortune of needing the help from the emergency services. . The food got stuck in her throat and within moments she was unable to breath and took to panicking. . The security guard called for help and the St John's Ambulance guys were there in a matter of minutes . They gave my sister some serious hard thumps on the back and cleared her airway .. something so simple went terribly wrong and thank god for the parimedics that came to her rescue we were all family at the festival and we will be eternally grateful for their the help and intervention. To end on a happy note we had a great weekend .. great company. .great music. .some lovely food .. the odd gin and tonic .but mostly we enjoyed the freedom to walk around and sing and chat with everyone. .A weekend we wont forget ...thank you Vantastival

after 30 years of festivals all over the world i decided the only place to have a 50th gathering was a festval. tried to get 50 people to go but ended up with over 80 rulyas mostly from the south Armagh tribe. just want to say it was the best call ever from our youngest members lughnasa and daithi both under one at their first festival to the oldest member of the crew 50, everybody had an amazing time thanks Benny and crew for yet another fantastic year see you all in 2018 buen camino

Lovely little festival, was a pleasure to be involved and hope to be back in the future. www audiojack ie

My first time attending the festival. It was absolutely magical such a wonderful vibe. Our kids loved it. However, I do have to complain about the blaring music and djs shouting into the mike all night up to 5am followed by people starting their own party with loud music and shouting throughout campsite til 7am!it's just not acceptable as it's advertised as a family festival. Maybe if this could be considered for next year to have the late night rave on at the furthest point away from family campsite or else just not have that late night aspect, there are enough festivals throughout the country to cater for these needs.if this is changed we will definitely make it an annual event, terrific!

Probably the best festival that I've ever been to, really laid back, no overcrowded, family friendly and music to suit every taste. Looking forward to next year already!

Take me back.....loved everything about it...looking forward to next year

We returned once again and were not disappointed! The tunes, the venue, the vibe all work for families or indeed anyone.

Had a blast again... can't wait till next year. Family area brilliant, bands good and fact you can bring your dog is good.
