It’s Festival Time!!!

Festivities kick off on Friday 19th September at 2pm. The car park will open at 12pm and the campsites and arena open at 2pm. We can’t wait to see you all back at Beaulieu House & Gardens!

All you need to know….

Tickets are still available to purchase both online and at the on site festival box office.

Saturday 10am – 10pm

Sunday 10am – 10pm

Please note: Teens will only be admitted when accompanied by a parent who holds an adult festival ticket. Friends or siblings over the age of 18 will not be accepted as the accompanying adult.

There will be no entry to the festival site once the box office has closed each night.

PLEASE BRING WARM CLOTHES AND RAIN GEAR. Even when the weather is great it gets very cold at night!

Please bring your own Reusable coffee cup/ mug  and Reusable Water Bottle  – we highly encourage you to avoid bringing excess plastic to site.

Vantastival is a BYOB event. No glass bottles are allowed on site so please transfer any beverages into safe plastic options. 

There will also be a bar on site serving refreshing pints of craft beer from O’Hara’s Craft Beer, our craft brewing partners this year, and we’ll also have cans available for purchase! ID will be required at the bar from anyone who looks under the age of 21. The only acceptable forms of ID are passport, driving licence, Garda Card or EU National Identity Card.

BBQs are permitted but must be up off the ground and are used at your own risk. No gas barbecues permitted and no disposable barbecues sitting on the grass.

No cars will be permitted to drive into the campsite to unload, with the sole exception of those pulling caravans. Caravans must be unhitched immediately and the car removed to the car park.
