Vantastival moves to a new venue!

After two very happy years at Dunany Estate, we are excited to announce that Vantastival will move to a new venue in 2012.  Our new home is Bellurgan Park, just North of Dundalk.  Bellurgan Park comprises nearly 400 acres of organic farmland and sweeping woods with an 18th century house in the shade of the Cooley Mountains.  It is located almost exactly halfway between Dublin and Belfast and is very easily accessible from the M1 motorway.

We’d like to thank the Workman family for their hospitality in Dunany and wish them the very best with the continued growth of their equestrian business.

Vantastival Halloween Havoc!

On Sunday 30th October Vantastival presents a Halloween Extravaganza at the Mezz venue in Temple Bar. There will be live music and DJ till late and fancy dress is encouraged with prizes for the best costumes. We’ll also be hosting traditional Halloween games to bring you back to your childhood.

Live bands Cold Comfort, Yukina, Reverend JM’s Panic Worship and I’d Fight Gandhi will play, followed by Swiss DJ Shane Tobler. This is THE Halloween Party to be at this year.

Entry on the night is €10 with drinks promos running all night. 3 euro beers and heavily discounted spirits mean this will be one of the best value nights in Dublin!

Vantastival for kids

Vantastival is a family friendly festival and children are welcomed. Children under 14 have free entry but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  This year the kids’ area is sponsored by Silverline Catering. On Saturday and Sunday scheduled children’s activities will take place in the family camping area. Kids’ stuff includes art and craft workshops, a bouncy castle, face painting, fancy dress parade, mask making, kiddie’s disco, kid’s movies screenings and much more…
